    Default Fundal height measuring small?

My OB has just told me my fundal height is measuring small, under the 10th percentile for 29 weeks. I'm heading back for a scan at midday, but I'm stressing about all the things that could be wrong!

Has anyone been through this? Can someone put my mind at ease?

    Default Fundal height measuring small?

I've been through it twice. Everything was fine.
I think 'they' get worked up over fundal height over nothing. There's so many things that can make the measurement 'wrong' and it's not really ever consistent.
I won't be having my fundal height measured in any future pregnancies.

My fundal height measured way behind - always about 6 cm. I got sent for growth scans from around 32 - 38 weeks. Bubs growth was absolutely fine (actually above average), he just appeared to be on the smaller side. He was born at 41+1 a healthy 7lb.

Try not to stress too much, fundal height can be notoriously inaccurate in actually predicting the size of your bub (scans can be too). Fingers crossed for you your scan goes well.

I measured three weeks behind with my third...my midwife said she would send me off for a scan just to be sure if she didn't know my history with my babies but that she was just going to keep an eye on it and make sure that I did keep growing.
My baby was born at 9lb when I was 40 weeks, even though my fundal height measured at 37 weeks.

    Try not to worry.
