    Default swaddling with arms up?

    how do you do it?

we have the zip swaddle that dd sleeps in at night but for day naps I'd like to swaddle her in a wrap.

I've tried to find instructions online but they all have their arms down.

my DD only like to sleep this way...i fold the top of the wrap down about 4 inches, put her arm up and under the fold, the pull the wrap across her chest and tuck under body..her arm just remains up but tucked into the fold. it almost ends up with a square area across her upper chest that is not covered by any wrap if that makes sense to allow for the arms to be up. as long as u have enough wrap to fold her arms into she shouldnt come out of it.

I use sleepy wings too but I found a you tube clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uw6lLkhYY-U) that shows you how to do the 'angel wings' swaddle.
