    Default Clean Eating Menu Ideas??

Can anyone help me with ideas for yummy, interesting, fast-ish clean eating meals?

I need help with breakfasts, lunches that I can throw together and take to work, and dinners.

Also, I would prefer to only go to the supermarket/fresh food market once a week, so stuff that will probably last that long in the fridge would be awesome!

So ... What's on your grocery list? What are you eating?

    Thanks heaps!

I buy a kilo of chicken breast cut it in halves and cook it (sometimes I add garlic or spices) I freeze it into snap bags and just alternate between salad, frozen veg and baked potatoes with cottage cheese as the side dish.

I guess you could use any meat/fish to change it up.

Breakfast I just have fruit salad, yoghurt and natural dried fruit/mixed nuts or berries.

Frozen veg and berries, carrots, green beans, I just buy salad bags too

    Thanks for the ideas bumblebee

Tb&m, I actually did find and read your thread shortly after posting this

I did my groceries today and bought:

    2 punnets of strawberries

    Punnet of kiwi fruit

    Bananas

    Apples

    Mushrooms

    Asparagus

    Broccoli

    Carrots

    Cauliflower

    Lettuce

    Cucumber

    Cherry tomatoes

    Radishes

    Lemons

    Chilli

    Garlic

    Celery

    Fennel

    Avocadoes

    Chicken breasts

    Pork medallions

    Prawns

    Salmon

Sausages (I need ONE naughty night, ok? Lol)

    Eggs

    Natural yogurt

    Spinach wraps (for work lunches)

    Shaved turkey

    Some cans of tuna

I think I did VERY well, if I do say so myself haha!

I think I will have oats with yoghurt and fresh fruit for brekky, turkey and salad wraps for lunches, and meat with salad or steamed veg for dinners.

I don't eat snacks generally, so that should be enough.

Yay! I am going to go join in the other thread now
