    Oh I made so many promises to myself.

    Without listing each of them, it is safe to say I've broken each one.

    On the upside, breaking all these rules I set myself taught me that I can still have happy, healthy and well-cared-for children without having to be perfect.

    Yay for imperfection!!

    Making my son's breaky this morning I remember thinking I would never cut crusts of my child's toast/sandwiches... Oh well!

    Oh yes I was very anti TV too...until I was pregnant with number two with morning sickness and a toddler to
    entertain. ABC for kids was suddenly my best friend then.

    I never bothered with TV one. I love it and knew it was always going to be on. DS doesn't really watch a heap but likes it on in the background whole playing inside.
