I never took mine out. I put a plastic pregnancy ring in but my skin had a reaction to it so I ended up putting my gold one back in at around 30weeks and kept it in. I changed to the plastic one when I went into labour incase I needed an emergency c-section as u aren't allowed metal in surgery. I was lucky though my bump never got that big. Again this time I'm now nearly 24weeks and still have my gold one in

Take it out when/if it becomes uncomfortable.
I took mine out early on as i didn't really care about having it in tbh so it was easier to just get rid of it.

    How's the serenity?

Yep, same. I took mine out once we started TTC. I couldn't picture myself as a mum with a belly piercing, so I just took it out for good!

I was cautious and took mine out at about 18-20 weeks with both my kids, I got huge so I dont think keeping it in for longer then that would've done to good, prob would've ripped and hurt extremely bad.

I changed mine to a long plastic preggo one around 20 weeks, I ended up with a brown scar that looks like dirt on my belly around where the top hole was so now it looks terrible anyway. Wish I'd just taken it out and left it lol
