Basically you should avoid or be selective of fish with high mercury, like shark and swordfish and etc. Try to limit to a couple of times a week only.
When I was pregnant with DS and at the moment (currently 32 weeks pregnant) I pretty much just make sure I dont eat fish / seafood more than once a week and when I do eat it its well cooked and is a standard portion. I usually only go for salmon and basa fillet, just in case other fish contains high mercury.
If you search on google, high mercury fish, theres heaps of websites that explains what fish should be avoided during pregnancy
