Yes although looking over it again I think you want watashi no namae wa...

Onamae is honorary and I don't think you use that referring to yourself.

Pronunciation wise it's as you've written but it's doh-zo-yorosh-ku, and shi.tte is pronounced without the "I" so it's sh-te.

Yes he could. I think either would be totally fine.

But he should say Boku wa as he is a boy. Ah it's coming back to me now!

Sorry to come in to this one late (too late?) but he shouldn't use 'boku wa' if it's any kind of formal situation, as that would be considered rude.

'Boku wa' is used only by males, BUT only in very casual situations, or when talking to his peers/ juniors. In the situation you've described he should use 'watashi wa' as there will be superiors/ older people there and it's a more formal situation - therefore he should use the polite form.
