    Have yu ever worked for Mary Kay? Can you explain to me how it works in terms of ordering/earning?

    Is what you earn the percentage you save on the order, or are you paid your earnings at the end of each month regardless of how much you order?

    I used to sell Mary Kay. You obviously book parties etc and when you order depending on how much you need to order there are deferent percentage price brackets - as an example if you need to order $1000 worth for clients you get a 50% discount - meaning you only pay $500 for the goods you've sold so you earn $500 off that order. That's an example only though I'm not sure what the volumes are ATM. You should be able to ask your team leader all about this. I made a lot of money out of it as a part time thing. Then it got to hard as my full time job got busier! I love the product though!
