    Thanks ladies that gives me somewhere to start Would you recommend mixing the formula with breast milk to start off with, or just slowly introducing the formula?

    You could do it either way I guess. I've heard that its better to not mix so if they don't finish a bottle you're not wasting EBM. I can only get out about 20ml with a pump so I usually just tip it in with a formula feed since it isn't worth saving. But if you can pump more then I would just offer that first then formula in a separate bottle if they are still hungry
