    I wouldn't get them to babysit either, they are being very neglectful. I would rather pay someone who would do as their asked.

    I don't expect my routine to be followed when DD is being cared for by someone else. But not feeding and changing nappies is actually neglectful and there is no way they'd be babysitting my kids again.

    my inlaws have never watched dd alone (ive always been in the next room) as mil would smack her, fil uses the dishes/benches washcloth to wash her face and hands (and she gets sick EVERY time!) the house isnt child friendly, and rather than move things they just tell her off (ie leaving scissors on the tv stand! bleach bottles on the living room floor, medication strewn all over the house) and they tend to just park her infront of youtube.
