If I can change from the community midwife program to the public hospital antenatal clinic? Both are through the same public hospital?

I'm going to call and ask on Monday, but just wondered of anyone knew?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. What exactly is the community midwife program?

Basically it's at the early childhood clinic (not at the hospital) where you see the same 2 midwives throughout pregnancy and for the birth. Obviously I will birth at the hospital, but all my appointments are at this place, not hospital.

They are employed by the public hospital.

I'm pretty sure you can, it's just usually harder the other way round, at least here anyway.
Our local hospital usually fills the midwife program up quicker.
