When I defrost I do two bags and put them into the Tommy Tippee bottle together. If there is a bit of the fat still in the bag I might run it under some water but usually I don't worry if its just a bit.

A little shake helps mix it all back up too. It's normal for it to separate and isnt cause for alarm.
