Thanks guys. I still will be keeping the IVO against him as i dont need him abusing me again.. But on a good note, my god mother said he bought a new car seat (Luxi-crown i think ) Or its one that will keep her going til she is 8, Top of the range and all flashy.. Im glad that he is stepping up with that..

Although they did cut her hair ridiculously short which i have been asking for them not to do ( I have never been with my little girl when she got her hair cut, his mother just cuts it whenever she pleases and he agrees ) But thats something i will have to deal with.

My god mother also noted that he was asking for her to say please and thankyou whilst they were there as well So as scared as i am for her and her wellbeing, he is doing ok. She however came home in a thin shirt and shorts (im in melbourne so its bloody cold ) and poo was smeared through her underwear.. but this is something l will just have to get him to work on.

He hadnt seen her in 4 months because he was neglecting her but because i did not have any proof she started seeing him again.. She is now with him from 12pm Thursday until 6pm Sunday, however she is at daycare on thursday until 6pm which i have to pay for.. so its pretty annoying. I think im going to unenrol her for that day so he can then have her from the 12pm that he pushed so hard for ( even though he doesnt finish work until 5 pm)

Wouldnt u rather daycare looked after her a few extra hrs tho?

If u pull her out wont that just cause more arguments and stress for u.

I know it sucks having to pay but if hes a ****ty dad its worth paying so your DD is well cared for at daycare instead of him I reckon.

Its hard to do the right thing by the chid when you hate the father for everything hes done to you but it really is worth ignoring him and moving on.

I love the saying 'The best revenge is your own success' and when he sees your happy and no longer willing to fight him he will be annoyed.

My dd has been going to her dads every second weekend since day 1, I have been making sure this happens, since starting school its dropped to one night a fortnight now she's 10 she's started refusing to go I'm not forcing this anymore. I always made her go because I never wanted her to say I stopped access. He is a pathetic father and we don't talk but its her dad. I have said she must go see him fathers day and his biethday. I knew shed realize what he was like eventually.
I payed for daycare, clothes I even packed food when she was younger just to make it easier for me. There are going to be bigger things to fight over. Maybe you dd father will wake up one day let's hope it won't be to late. Id keep your dd at daycare at least she's being looked after properly.

You make a good point. I was with him for so long and i still have another court case against him right now, I think it was more to the point i wanted to make to him of he cant really have her from 12pm because he works til late.. so what was the point in having her when i could have her with me instead.. worst thing is there was a mums group that just started up in my area on that day for young mums.. I guess i was silly for agreeing to the consent orders as well, but scared for my own reasons.

I will keep her in that way i know she is being looked after, but im hoping she just realises what he really is one day like you said.. or he smartens up quick cos she is a smart girl.

Default Re: Consent orders... Need help Urgently bubhubbers :(

Just remember to never say anything bad about hum in front of your dd, when she starts asking questions tell her the truth. My friends used to tell me to be patient that she will work out what he's really like it will just take time, I never believed this. Well its true it has happened and noone can ever say I stopped him seeing her or said bad things to change her mind, she just worked it out. Good luck jeep us posted.
