    Default Sleepy time tea for 2.5yo

    Does anyone know if this tea works? And if so where to get it from?My dd has a hard time settling she can't seem to get comfy and is fidgety and restless! But is tired and not fighting bed time, just more that she's restlessThanks

    And yes it works as well as tea can, it's just chamomile/peppermint and a few yummy herbs so nothing scary :-)
