Default Heartbeat rate at scans vs gender

    Hi all,

Does anyone believe a higher heart rate at 12 weeks means girl and a lower one means boy? We're so desperate for a boy (because we have a gorgeous daughter already) but this ones hb rate was high (166) similar to what my daughters was at the same scan.

Can anyone share their experiences? Was this relevant to your pregnancy? Or did this old wives tale prove incorrect?

Love to hear what you think,

    Ash x

Hi Ash I believe in the heart rate old wives tale- its worked for us with all 4 of our girls but not this early in pregnancy.. So 20weeks onwards..
