i don't understand...
when dh and his ex went to court over the house...it was taken into consideration who was earning (both of them) and where the deposit came from (dh's mum) and then what he put in was taken out before the allocation of money to her was done.
I have not heard of judges awarding property from before the partnership to the other person?? seems rediculous!
