I just went to the fridge and walked away with smoked salmon. I concluded salmon is healthier and I am too lazy to actually cut cheese and onions, get bread, butter, get out sandwich press, give it a wipe over, turn on, wait for it to heat up, place sandwich on, wait till cooked and then eat...

    Seriously, what an effort...

Rye cruskits with light Philly cheese, smoked salmon, avocado and lemon. Maybe a garden salad on the side.

I'm going to have greek yoghurt with fruit and cruskits with cheese. DD has had strawberries and a peanut butter sandwich. DS is sick with a fever so he's just having fluids.

For a week or so I have been having Avacado, Alfalfa Sprouts, cheese and Vegemite. But Suddenly that makes me want to spew (morning sickness maybe).

Although the suggestion of 2 minute sounds awesome.
