    Default Baby in LOT position???

I'm 38 + 3 and have been told baby is in LOT position. They gave me exercisers but what side do I sleep on? Or doesn't matter?
    Thanks

Lot is a good position I don't think it would matter which side you slept on as long as your comfy. Have you had a look at the spinning babies website? There is lots of info there on baby positions

Oooo is it? Midwife said need to do exercisers to get him to turn a little bit so he don't go into posterior.
I'll have a look at it thanks

Means baby is lying laterally facing your right hip rather than occiput anterior. Mine was i think ROT so Ive been doing lots of leaning over my fitball to encourage baby to spin their back around. As said try spinning babies. Not sure about sleeping positions though.
