    Default Pregnancy support belt?

Has anyone tried a pregnancy support belt? I'm 7 months along and am struggling with back pain and picking up my 2 year old daughter is almost impossible. I'm not sure my back can withstand 2 more months.

I've seen a few belts on ebay they are only around $30 but do they work? I don't want to waste the money for 2 months but if they are good its probably well worth getting.

    Default Pregnancy support belt?

Hey I don't have personal experience but I am a health care professional and I would recommend it - I have had heaps of patients who it has given huge relief. If u don't want to buy one u could try tighter tights or tying a sarong around your pelvis won't be as effective but will be the cheaper option

    Yep worth it.
Get a referral to see a physio, they can help!
I was given a pressure bandage by my physio to wear (just like a pregnancy belt), it helped so much.
