1 coffee, 3-4 teas and maybe 600-800ml water

Yes well.... It all depends which studies you believe. I wasn't trying to start a debate as I thought it was widely acknowledged that aspartame is really not good for us.

Oh this is a thread about water not alcohol lol

    Water - not nearly enough!

Coffee - 2-3 a day, depending if I'm 'doing coffee' with GFs or not lol

Alcohol - prob more than the recommended!

I definintly drink at least 2 liters of water a day- we have a cold water filter thing so I'm constantly filling my cup! and most days I try and limit my 'other' drinks to one or two cups a day whether it's pepsi, iced tea or juice

Occasionally have a tea or hot choc
A glass of juice if it's warmer
And I refill my 600ml water bottle about 3-4 times a day in cooler weather and more when it's hot

Same here! Although it's more like 4-5 cans But we ran out yesterday so I have to wait for BIL to do shopping and get more. Cordial it is for me ='(

Before I went on may leave I would easily drink ~1.5ltrs a shift because we had a cold fountain right next to my desk
Definitely don't drink as much in winter as I do in summer
