my daughter is 10mo, have noticed a change in poos and some eczema (but don't know if that is related). i went to the perth baby expo today and spoke to a nestle rep - she recommended just going on to cow's milk and making sure her breakfast cereal was high in iron.
i had actually already started weaning her onto cow's milk 1 of 3 bottles a day.

That's all well and good for you, but I can't do that for my 4 month old.

Starla, in response to your question about which Karicare people are using, I have moved on to Karicare Aptimal Gold Plus from Coles. The consistency is good as far as I can tell, and her poos have returned to new fluffy newborn yellow poos and she is passing heaps of wind and burps so no sign of retained gas at all. I have been happy with it.

Yep the new stuff turned my 12 week olds poop to green slush and he seemed very unsettled.

I've been to every Chemist within a 10k radius and bought all the leftover stock of the old stuff as I didn't want to transition him now and then again to a 2nd stage formula in around another 3 months. It's cost a fortune and it really pains me to give ANY more money to Nestle but it's whats best for my son and then hopefully it's Karicare for us, many people who've changed over to that seem to have had success.

    Best of luck

Growing your own natural nails is easy. Years ago, I devised a simple and very effective technique which really helps boosts the nails' growth in as little as three days! And most importantly keeps them that way.
