    I could take panadeine forte... But that's probably not a great idea lol. The dr at ed just said to take panadol but it's not doing anything!
    Good news though I'm camped on the couch and DP has taken over my domestic duties
    And my study buddy feels very bad lol even though she doesn't remember She's bringing me muffins!

    It's hard if you want to avoid the C word. Like Miss Muppet said, maybe Nurofena s well, which might help with any swelling.

    I thought it was ice first - as in when the injury occurs and the heat for recovery?

    The ED gave me an icepack while they were waiting for the radiologist to come in.
    The dr said to use a heat pack
