    Hi ladies,

Just and update - so I saw Dr M yesterday for results of my biopsy and hysterocopy - and as expected from BTs - my cd56 NK cells are higher than normal. So protocol starts from next week when I start lucrin form a down reg cycle
    My protocol is:
    Prednisone - from 22 April 3 x 40mg p/d and from transfer 6 x 40mg p/d
An antibiotic (doryx) from epu day
Clexane - from day of transfer
    Progesterone pessaries 2 x 400 p/d
Megafol, caltrate plus with vit D, elevit

Think that's about it - no intraplids for me at the moment - he may through that in if I get my BFP!!!

    So all systems go now

    Hi Ladies,

do you mind if I join in? I was researching and stumbled across this thread a little while ago. There seems to be so many similar experiences that I ordered Dr Beers book and it seemed to all make sense. Its been fantastic to read so many BFPs, that its given me hope again after the rollercoaster of IVF.

DH & I have unexplained infertility and have had 4 ICSI & PGD cycles over the past 18 months, all with BFNs. I have a strong family history of autoimmune diseases and also have Hasimoto's thyroiditis. After questioning my FS and bouncing around to other FS for second opinions, its great to find Dr M who does so much more testing for immune issues and NK cells. I started seeing him a few months ago and just started on his protocol last week with 25 prednisolone, 40 clexane, 5mg folate and having IVIg this weekend. Thankfully its just a FET this cycle with all the extra meds this cycle.

Its great to know others going through similar protocols and I'm sending sticky vibes out to anyone who's cycling for more BFPs

    Hi there Ladies,

Thank you all for your help and advice. I received Dr Ms pack and that explained about if you have MC and nothing about if you haven't ever fallen pregnant. This is not my case so I don't think it will help. The Receptionist although nice couldn't really explain whether it would help with never having been pregnant so I suspect there is no point continuing with this.

Also I now have a cause -Low ovarian reserve or AMH - although it would be nice if it was a treatable one.

T1gger don't give up as I've never seen the double lines either (never even been close to falling pregnant!!!) High levels of NK cells can also effect implantation along with the MTFHR gene - so if I was you I'd definately be seeing him to at least get all the blood work done

Tigger I had never fallen pregnant, now 13 weeks after seeing Dr M. It definitely helps with implantation issues too!

    Hi All,

Hope everyone is well, especially helenmac in SA for your transfer

Had my phone consult with Dr M and we have some more bloods to draw and send off to Chicago. But we should be able to get results and a treatment plan in place for my next cycle at the end of May. Hoping we are now on the right track for our little one.
