    Default High Natural Killer Cells

Earthpower- I have started weaning pred this week. The schedule dr m gave was:
    12wks- 30mg
    13wks- 25mg
    14-16wks- 20mg
    16wks - 15mg until appt at 18 weeks

    Thanks yingyang for sharing

I said to my OB I understand and appreciate her concern but I'm sure without dr m I wouldn't be sitting in her office pregnant -I have complete faith in his methods.

Thank you all for your advice - its sooo tough.
Ying thank you so much for your post it sounds soo familiar....I argued with him too I asked why the Bondi Protocol hadnt worked for me when I was on the highest possible dose of prednisolone (40 mg)...He said this is why I should def look at CGH to see if my embies are good - he told me my eggs were fine, the numbers were good there was no reason why it didnt work & the only other thing was to test them....I have done one full cycle under the Bondi protocol - we ended up with 4 blasts, first go we put 1 back in and got to 5 weeks, second FET (natural cycle) put 2 back in and got to 7 weeks then 3rd FET BFN but 7 attempts all up....
April - all up I've done 3 stim cycles with 4 Chemicals & 3 BFN so maybe it is the chromosome issue who knows..
Bella/Earthpower - I think I may regret if I didnt do it - most probably definitely if it didnt work..
So I guess all in all I must try everything and like you said Scruffy Im best to throw everything at it and deal with the costs later...my poor credit card but if it works I will find a way to pay it off!

Once again thank you for all your support - Merry Xmas to you and your loved ones. Have a safe & merry Xmas and a Happy NY.

    Hi Ladies,

YingYang - You can pop in here ANYTIME!!! How are you? Huge congratulations on having your DD. Such wonderful news that you are finally a mum. You were definately someone that lead me to contacting Dr. M as I found Dr.S's Bondi protocol wasn't working for me so hopefully the more aggressive treatment with Dr. M is just what I need!

Kiwi - I have to say I agree with you to throw everything at this cycle. Although I am not familiar with CGH I think it's best to find out once and fall all if you have a quality problem with your embryos. That way you can move forward with your next cycle and recieve the best immune treatment with Dr. M and hopefully this will result in a BFP. Wishing you well.

Scruffy sorry about your chemical it's so hard to come so close to have it all fall apart. I never had testing on my embryos but wish I had. My FS told me it wouldn't make any difference to implantaion and I never really pushed for it.

April I hope your clinic allows you to go into another cycle straight away.

Earthpower congratulations on being PUPO I hope this is your BFP. I read yours and Helens posts at being at peace with the outcome of what ever will be will be. I to was feeling exactly the same way a few weeks ago I had just had enough with IVF and all the heartache and ups and downs of the ivf rollercoaster I was ready to call it quits I even went to get a quote for my new boobs next year! and was about to buy a new mini.

I decide to go ahead with the donor eggs offered by my clinic from an anonymous donor and couldn't believe how easy everything went. I had a bfp at 9dpo and at 13 days hcg 240. For me everything is still early days and very well aware that it could all come crashing down at any time but I'm trying to stay positive.

Bella I think you were having your intralipid the same night as me and Dr M may have asked you the chemist you got your medication from, if so thanks for that I wouldn't have had a clue where to go without that address and congrats for being 12 weeks.

    hope everyone else is well.

    Default High Natural Killer Cells

Hi Gretchen. He did ask me that question, said one of his other patients was curious! Not sure if it's close to you or not but its the cheapest I've found. I hadn't seen anyone on the thread say that they were going in so I didn't think about going to say hi.

Congrats on your bfp! How exciting

Hi Bella, yes Dr.M wanted me to increase my progesterone and I wouldn't have had a clue where to find a compouding chemist in Sydney so thank you. I sent DH to get them for me the next morning.
Can I ask if you, or anyone else had any tummy/crampy pains after intralipid? I really don't think it was related but early the next morning and for most of the day I had some mild pains and of cause I worry about every little twinge. I had big plans to go shopping in sydney but ended up staying in bed all day.

Earthpower - Thinking of you and sending sticky vibes. Here's hoping a BFP is on it's way. What a fantastic Chrissy pressie that would be. Praying for you that this is THE ONE!!!

Congratulations on your BFP Gretchen, that's fantastic news!

Helen, thanks for thinking of me! It has been a rough few days I have to say, one minute Im positive the next I felt completely flat about this...today is my last day at work before Xmas break, so I plan to test tomorrow morning...it will be DPO14 then...It was one week after Transfer on monday and AF is not here and judging by that at least that's the positive side for me...

I also just noticed that all my HPTs are expired (Feb 2012) as you can tell I haven't done this for a while...but don't plan to buy new ones. Do you think it will work?

Good luck with your appt today (I think its today isn't it?)!

Earthpower - I'm not sure regarding the expired HPTS. I'd be inclined to buy new ones, cause if you do get a bfp would you be questioning it cause of the sticks? And you could get unnecessarily upset over a bfn... Just what I'd do anyway. Keeping everything crossed for you xx
