    Default Not grabbing things.

Hi all. My 4 month old DD is not yet grabbing or batting at things. She still has her hands in fists most of the time, though they are opening more now. She's not even close to a pincer grip, but I read she's supposed to have developed that by now.

She does roll though, both front to back and back to front. And I'm getting lots of smiles. She seems to have fantastic control of her legs, but not her arms and hands.

Anyone had something similar with their little one and all been ok?

all babies develop at different stages. things/stages don't nessessarily happen by the book.. my dd didn't even crawl at all, she didn't sit up by nearly 9 months, and walked when she was 15 months old. ds did everything early, but didn't walk until he was 17 months old.
