Default Socks to bed... Yes or no?

DD (15 months) has always gone to bed in socks if she's wearing 2 piece pajamas.

Just now, my SIL said they shouldn't wear socks to bed as is messes with their circulation.

What do you do?? Socks... Yay or nay?

I just always assumed to put socks on her so her little tootsies will not get cold if she gets out of her covers.

Some of my kids wear socks to bed in winter, 2 of them in particular can't stand the feeling of socks in bed. Never had any circulation problems here, hadn't even thought of it I'm fairly confident in our sock wearing habits.

If you are worried, something I have done with DD2 is put tights on under her jammies to keep her feet warm (assuming you are worried about the elastic around the ankle in regards to circulation?)

Im all for socks for the same reason. I find with DS if he doesnt have socks on and get out of his covers he wakes up because he is cold

I personally have never heard of it causing issues with their circulation... wouldnt wearing socks to bed be the same as wearing during the day when it comes to circulation?

Our 18 month old still sleeps in onesies that have closed in feet, so no sleeping in socks for him.

I have no idea!!! She didn't really elaborate.

It's something I have never considered not to do... But in saying that, I hate wearing socks to bed haha

As long as they are not tight, they should be fine? My 12 yr old has worn socks to bed forever and she's ok, my other kids don't like the feel of them though in bed.
