Default Whats your favourite nacho recipe?

Ive only just started enjoying nachos in the last month or so. But im looking for a little help with a different recipe.

    The recipe i use is
    -500g beef mince
    -400g refried beans
    -400g chopped tomatoes
    -tablespoon tomato paste
    - 1 onion

Chips layered with beef mixture and the cheese on top.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

I cut up whole meal pita bread and bake it till crispy for the chips.

My meat sauce is a bit of the old el paso nacho sauce, mince and 5 bean mix. I put this on top of the pita chips and grill some cheese on top.

I then add some fresh homemade salsa... Fresh diced tomatoes, red onion, corn kernels, coriander and some olive oil and lime juice.

Then mash some avo with lime and pop that on top too. It's really yummy.

    Such fancy Nachos recipes!

I make mine with Doritos chip, salsa and cheese, put it in the microwave and when it's done I put a dollop of sour cream on top!

Haha obviously not master chef worthy.

Thank you SO much for making me crave nachos.

I love them with shredded chicken in it and avocado (rather than guac). Very fresh and tasty .

(Also, we're having nachos for dinner now. Hehehe).

    Wow fancy nachos!
I just mix beef mince with burrito seasoning (milder than nacho)
Place on top of Doritos chips And bake for a bit.

    Mine are meat free
Make a quick salsa ( tomatoes, chili, coriander, onion, garlic) mix with mashed refried beans and a big dollop of sour cream so you have a yummy creamy tomato bean mix , layer organic corn chips in big baking dish, dollop with the tomato mixture , sliced black olives and grate extra tasty cheese over the top and bake in 180 oven for 20 mins , then spoon over some fresh guacamole!

Haha sorry about that. Its something different for us.

My husband is commenting that the mix is too runny. I thought the recipe I use was too simple. But i think i will combine it all and hope for the best!

We had a bit of taco mix powder as well.

We've started making this bean recipe, and we just layer it with chips and cheese in a pyrex dish, and then serve it with shallots, gaucamole and sour cream.

I like to use 1/2 pork mince and 1/2 spicy sausage meat, beans and an onion. Then old el paso nacho sauce and doritos original chips, cheese and avo!
