I used to give dd whatever we had for dinner and just gave it a whizz with the stick blender. I remember seeing a similar product to the Bellini and wanting it but I think I forgot to actually buy it. Depending on what you'll be feeding your lo id give it a bash. At that price you can't go wrong

i have one and love it. I would put whatever I am adding to our meal in the steamer while i am cooking ours. It will be ready by the time I have finished with our meal and i simply blend it and his food is ready as well . I used to have a stick blender but it was not quite easy to clean, there might be dirts hiding behind the blades. bellini food maker is very easy to clean, love it. I bought one for $69 few months ago, but the steamer was not working properly so i replaced it with a new one, the new one is working perfectly.

I just use my Kenwood triblade and throw in some boiled water to bring the temperature up. Though I don't freeze & defrost.
