Unhappy Need some quick advice please

My boys went to their dads on Wednesday, DS2 (avatar picture) apparently started throwing up around 730pm that night. He is very lathargic and miserable. Complaining of hurting in several places. He had breaky this morning and hasnt thrown it up (yet) last chuck up was last night just before dinnner.

Should he see a doctor? He isnt dehyrated as he has full nappies. Explosive poos though.

Any advice would be great thanks as I not sure to take him to the doctors or not.
