Default vitamin supplements - do you take them all month?

    Hi All!

Those that take supplements, do you take them all through the month or do you stop during the 2WW?

I was taking supplements like Vitex and CoQ10 to help me conceive (I'm 39) in addition to my pre-pregnancy vitamins but my G.P. freaked me out by telling me she wasn't sure they were safe to take during pregnancy. I'd like to take them if they're going to help me conceive but obviously don't want to harm a potentially developing little bub.

Have others been told this by their doctor?
    What do others do?
Do you take them continuously or stop during the 2WW?

    Any comments appreciated

I don't know about those 2 in particular, but I'm taking evening primrose oil and will stop that once I've o'd. I also drink green tea, which can have an adverse affect on folate, so I stop that once I've o'd as well

    Thanks for that
How do you go stopping the green tea? I've been trying to stop drinking coffee after O but haven't been entirely successful I'm afraid. I can reduce it down but then start to feel pretty sick if I cut it out completely. I only have one a day so hopefully that's not too bad.

I'm ok with stopping it. I still have 1 coffee a day.
