Default What age did you stop using a bed guard?

Hi, as the topic suggests, at what age did you LO stop using a bed guard on their big bed?
We are off on holiday OS in 7 weeks, and our almost 3 year old uses a guard. It may be a bit difficult and bulky travelling with it!

DD is nearly 2-/12, and I've recently taken hers away. For the first few weeks, I had a rolled up blanket under the fitted sheet, just so there was a bump

Can't remember with my first 3, but took it off DS2's bed just before he turned 2. He's been in the bed about 4 months. He's in a trundle bed though, so it's not far if he does fall out. He's also quite a still sleeper - doesn't move round the bed much so low risk of falling!
My DS1 who is 3.5 fell out of his bed last night - went almost straight back to sleep. Unless they're in a top bunk the odd fall shouldn't hurt them
