New to all this baby planning...and forums!

Hi everyone!
My name is Amy

and I have been 'stalking' the forum for a few weeks now and thought I would jump in and join up!
My husband and I are both and have been together 11 years. We decided in June (our 2 year wedding anniversary) to start trying for babies!

I joined the forum because, firstly, I don't have a clue at all about babies, pregnancy and all the other fun (and sad) bits that go with this new journey! I have noticed some changes to my body in the past few months since coming off the pill and am always looking on the forum for answers! So instead of of stalking, thought I would join in!
Also, while we have a great group of friends and family, we have no-one who a) we are telling we are getting pregnant and b) who will be planning for a family anytime soon. So I am looking for other like minded people to ask questions and just have a general chat too!

So I look forward in sharing my journey here

I'm new too. Still trying to figure out all the acronyms! My df and I started ttc just last month and now my af is 3 days late, eeeeeeeeek!!!

Hi all! Sorry for not replying - didn't realise that anyone had replied! Thank you for the welcomes!
Hubby and I have started TTC. AF was due last wednesday and still hasn't arrived! I did a HPT on Thursday and got a BFN and so going to test again in the morning, but just feel it will still be negative!
Haven't been doing the temp testing, just been taking a relaxed approached and doing it when we feel we want to and trying to get in tune with the body a bit. Also, if hubby gets pressured, he'll run away and I know I can get a little obsessed sometimes! haha

But

it will happen soon!

Snap, my af was due last Wednesday too, is driving me nuts as i've never been late but I keep getting bfns

?! I'll head to the doctors on Wednesday, thought best to wait a week? When will you go and let me know how you get on?!

I tested again this morning and still nothing

So will probably ride this week out and if nothing by the end of the week, will head to the Dr.
