I called on Wednesday as I'm a SAHM my DH did his tax return a few weeks ago. The person i spoke to said as I was a non lodger the process is a lot faster if you call them to let them know. 2 days later it was in my bank account.

Got mine yesterday. A few days after calling centrelink and telling them I wasn't required to lodge a tax return.

    Got mine on Thursday.

I just went in and asked why it wasn't there. Had to give some extra details regarding DH, in bank 2 days later.

I received mine on Tuesday. My tax went in the Sunday.
I know i'm going to have a debt, and the guy from Centrelink told me to either a) spend it and still pay them back and b) Keep it in my account so when it comes time to pay it back I will have that lump sum there and won't have to pay back as much.
Mine was paid even though ex-DH hasn't done his tax. The letter they sent said they made an interim decision to pay it and I may have a debt with them once ex-DH's tax goes through (which I already know I will!!)
