I couldnt care less if people put rubbish in our bin. Though our council collect it no matter what.
It would be polite if it was a neighbour to knock on your door and say "my bins full, do u mind if i pop a bag in yours?" not just do it, then deny it when u have seen her.
That would **** me too. Our neighbours ask us if they mind if they trim their tree on their property that hanhs over our yard! Its their tree they can do what they likea, but they have manners anyways. Its not hard to be curtious.
It would only annoy me if it made my bin overflow, as cats seem to attack any visible rubbish and spread it everywhere.
If I have a lot of rubbish i often utilise my neighbours bin - although I have asked many a time before if this is ok!
Write a note and tape it to the top of your bin
STOP putting your rubbish in our bin!! We now have video footage and will report you if you do it again!!!
She obviously won't read the note unless she has gone to your bin to put stuff in it...
Pffft... Every week, wait until the last day and chuck a big bag on her bin so that it won't close.
Keep doing it for weeks so that the garbos keep missing her bin. She'll either get the point, or confront you. At which point you can look at her blankly and say "it wasn't me, but WOW, it must be really annoying to have someone stop your bins from being emptied!".
As a side note, I don't care of someone does use free space in my bin because I'd rather that they not litter. But making your bins not get emptied is really rude!
If you see her do it again, just take her bag of rubbish back out of your bin and pop it on her doorstep
Ah what the heck.
Next time she does it I'll just shoot her.
(Guess this issue isn't petty at all!)
Booby trap the bin so when she opens it she gets shot in the face with blue dye
