    I had the mirena for about 6 months and I bled a LOT! I took it out and than kept on bleeding on and off fro about a month. It was 8 months ago and I got my first period since than just last month. I'm still breastfeeding so it might have something to do with that.
    I guess what you describing is normal, it takes time till your body is adjusted to the hormonal changes.
