    Default Buying a house

Well it looks like our dream of owning our own house might actually be about to come true. so i want all your best advice on banks, which on to go with, all about stamp duty and anything else i need to know.

I've owned a house before with my ex-boyfriend and i didn't really have a whole lot to do with it i just signed the papers when needed i was a lot younger (18) so it seems a long time ago now.

    thanks in advance

I would go to a mortgage broker!

They look at loads of loans, and most will lodge the loan for you too...

ok we didn't do that last time because we were so young and lived in a very small town the only bank that would lend to us was commonwealth so i think now we are in more of a position for most of the banks to accept us that mortgage broker would be best.

can you tell me how they work exactly
