    ahh what to do...

on a side note I rang 3 and told htem they were sh1t and I was goign to cancel even though my contract not up until March 2013.

They have given me 3mths for free while they swap networks.

Does anyone know what your legal rights are, if you are leaving because you just NEVER have reception can they make you pay out your contract? Or have thebreached the contract already by not providing you with the service they promised?
The same thing happened to me. I had no reception, not even in my house, so essentially they breached their part of the contract. They refused to let me out of it, so I took it to the ombudsmen (very easy process). They then let me out of the contract straight away

My sister and BIL did the exact same thing with the same company. They were denied release, went to ombudsmen and then got out of it.

I'm an iphone fan ... but I'm changing over to the Galaxy III shortly. I really don't like the limitations/restrictions with iphone/itunes.

I love my iPhone, the layout is so intuitive, just makes sense! Ive tried the htc and it was annoying the way the menus etc were set up.

I'm trying to work out the same thing. I'm not sure if I want to learn how to use a new phone but the other features look good.

I just upgraded my iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 4s.

    It's great!
    Good camera, easy to use.

Also, not sure if you know this already but if you turn the iPhone on its side while typing, the keyboard gets bigger to make it easier to type

I love my iPhone, however I would hold out at this point and wait for the iphone 5 release

I got the new HTC one. It's ok. Still getting the hang of it though.

I was looking at the galaxy 3 and was going to get it but my last one froze like no tomorrow and woukdnt charge and if it did, it went flat straight away even though it was charged all night.
