I like Lucas James better but as PP have said, Lucas is popular now. What about Charlie James with nn 'CJ'? (yes, I know its annoying when you put our your names and people try and offer other ones....but indulge me Lol)

Thank you for all the responses... Keep them coming... Funnily enough my DS calls the baby Charlie Lucas so maybe we should just go with it. Originally we thought birth cert would say Charles and so James would be very "ssss" if you know what I mean. I'm so torn. I work as a child care director of a huge centre.. We have no lucas' and only 1 Charlie out of 600 children each week !!! Where are these names becoming popular ?

Even Lucas Charles has a good ring to it. I think I would choose Lucas as it can be shortened to Luke.

It doesn't matter if its a popular name, you must go with the name you like the most. Maybe ask you son Jack to pick the name for you guys... he will love feeling a part of the decision

Yep, it's our dogs name which is why Lucas gets my vote!
