    Oh lovelies thanks for remembering

She has antibiotics for the cough and the vet did a biopsy on the lump. She isn't sure she will get anything definitive from it but wanted to try anyway just in case. Irrespective of the results it is coming out on Tuesday.

She was in a fair bit of discomfort last night but is much better today.

I hope the antibiotics work soon. I had my dog to the vet with a lump the other day and it turned out to just be a fat lump..old fattie she is! :-) I hope this is all your baby has!

So sad, my oldest will be 14 in a few months, he raeely acts his age but on the occasions that he does show signs of age I give him extra cuddles and feel sad. Our last dog had a bad fall off the stairs at 15 and was otherwise in good health, so I think you never know when their time here will end.

You're so right SAB - my family dogs have always lived until at least 15 too.

So our girl had her tumour removed yesterday. We were allowed to take her home last night and the vet is really pleased with how she is doing. Just waiting for the grading of the tumour.
