Sounds similar to an experience I had not long ago. I went to hospital and they gave me buscopan and worked. I thought it was constipation as I had a large bm a few days later.

However I still have a constant dull pain and the dr is thinking it maybe ovarian cysts. I had no idea they could cause bowl problems and nausea.

    Best of luck to you.

I never even thought of an ovarian cyst... I've had them before but this is different I think, because the pain is in the centre - more uterine than ovarian, except it feels like when you have bowel cramps IYKWIM?

I think that's a symptom of irritable bowel syndrome. My mother has it and when it's not under control she has what you described.

If you want to talk to someone sooner try calling health direct, if you just google you'll get the number (sorry on my phone), they're really helpful and will point you in the right direction

    Hope you're feeling better soon!
