ummmm "I think the bigger question is ... How do you think he will stay awake til midnight ...duh"

Maybe not the best way to end the year but my nan died this morning...she was 92 ....a good innings. She had Been in A nursing home for several years as she had quite bad dementia. Died peacefully...the best way to go....she had been fading for days so was just on morphine.....that would be my way to go out if I could choose...so she is survived by 4 kids, 12 grand kids, 9 great grand kids.....I'm not really sad as I feel it was a good long life and she didnt suffer and she will now finally meet up with her hubby who died almost 50 years ago.

Sorry to hear about your Gran JFB, i hope she enjoys seeing her hubby after all these years
I should be down your way on Thursday, will let you know.

MG i was out until 1.30 the other night & boy did i suffer. I did however have lots of fun so very worth it.

Alittle did you get your results?

We are off to the 9pm fireworks, it is going to be sooo busy. Its alcohol free so no fun there, best i have a few before we head out.
Happy New Year to all you beautiful Mums, bubs & Mums to be. Thankyou for all the support throughout 2012, i value every single one of you xxx

JFB what a sad but also happy way to end 2012. I felt like that when my nan died a few years ago - she was almost 90 and had lost her husband over 30 years before. He was the love of her life and she missed him all the time. So nice to know they are together again.

Well we're home from our NYE party (woo hoo made it to 630!) poor Marc burnt his finger on a sparkler so it was all over after that he just cracked it and wanted to leave. It's 41 here and soooooo hot. Girls are watching a DVD and DH and I will watch the news then put them to bed.

    Rock on!!

Aww poor Marc. Hope his finger is better

Jfb - sorry for your loss. Sounds like she had a good innings xxx hope you had a great night tonight.

Well, we are on our way home. Going to pay for it tomorrow I think. Archie is sitting here awake in the car, but slept all night while we were out. Spencer is snoring and FINALLY fell asleep about 1/2 hour ago. Please please please sleep in tomorrow kids!
