    Hi everyone,
hope your weekend is great so far.
I survived my first day away from baby Indy ... had a day of training for a work related thing. I have another day of training tomorrow.
He stayed and home with his gorgeous Daddy and bottles of expressed milk. They survived - I made DH send me photos during the day
I didn't get a chance to express during the day and by the time I got home I thought my boobs would explode ... when I finally did express I filled a couple of bottles!
I have been offered work on wednesdays replacing a colleague who has to have an operation - it'll be every wednesday for a few months. I have said yes, the money will be helpful, I'll get to see my friends at work and it will be good to get out and off the couch routine ... DH will stay home Wednesdays and be Mr. Mom. Any of you still reading his blog will no doubt get to read his comic take on that!
I feel a bit guilty saying yes and leaving a 2 month old without his mumma ... but it's only one day a week ... it will be good for my sanity and great for DH to feel important in looking after the bub. I think if he could grow boobs and do it all himself he would - he is so loving being a dad!
Although when I got home he did say - 'I've been trying to do something with my computer all day but it's hard to stay focussed when the baby keeps waking or it's time for another feed'. I laughed and said 'yeah it's surprisingly time consuming isn't it!'
