You could make home made chicken nuggets I hide veggies in their too
If you have a food processor:
    • cut up 1 chicken Brest
    • 1 cup of veggies (your choice)
    • galic and or onion
You can add other little things of you wish too.
Blend it all in the food processor.
Put some corn flakes in a zip lock bag, (you an use gluten free cornflakes, this is what I use) and using a rolling pin crush all the cornflakes.

Using the chicken/veggie mixture mold some in your hands into a shape that looks sort of like a nugget lol, then coat them with the crushed corn flakes.
Lay them in a container or freezer bag and freeze.
Once you need to cook them just pop them in the oven for 10-15 mins (or until cooked) and enjoy

Dd loves them and Dh goes crazy for them they do taste really nice!

If you don't have a food processor you can just cut up chicken pieces and coat them in the crushed corn flakes.

    We do this!
We also add a little cottage cheese.. Yum!!

    Or zucchini chips!
Thinly cut zucchini with a little olive oil and a little sprinkle of salt (optional)
And int he oven for 3-5 mins.

Edit: sorry just seen no cheese allowed.
The mashed cauliflower still tastes great without it
