    Teriyaki

Coat 500g pieces in cornflour, fry until sealed. Then add 3 tbsp white sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sake and 2 tbsp mirin. Let it simmer down to a sticky sauce.

You can buy a coating that you use to crumb the chicken and then fry it up. Its good, but make sure the oil is HOT because the first time we did it, it wasnt hot enough and the crumbing kind of just came off and stuck to the pan

My DH loves "sticky chicken". 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce. Put in a saucepan over low heat until ingredients combine and marinade chicken for at least an hour. Then bake in oven until chicken is cooked through. Serve with steamed Asian greens.
