    Honey mustard chicken
    Crispy chicken tacos
    Chicken Parm

...I dont know if any of those qualify as something different in your household, but now I am wanting chicken tacos for dinner.

My kids love it when I make 'nuggets'. I just chop the chicken up in small pieces, roll it in egg, then almond meal (you could use cornflakes or anything really).

    Then bake in the oven.

They're both delish. Although I'm a bit tagine-d out. DP is still obsessed with that one The top one is sooooo beautiful, although last time I had to use canned mango as they aren't in stock. Not quite as good but still yummo!

Get some decent quality salt like the Murray River Salt flakes, put a couple of teaspoons in a mortar and pestle and grind, add a few teaspoons of Chinese 5 spice. Rub it into chicken ( I use thighs but any boneless cut is fine) Fry in light oil on each side for a few mins till done. Serve with stirfried asian greens.
