    Default Natural remedies

    Hi ladies, just wondering if you can give advice on natural products to aide in conception. Just starting to research different items.

    What I know about is :

    * raspberry leaf tea - helps build uterus
    * fever few - promotes menstrual flow
    * royal jelly
    *maca
    * evening primrose.

    Any others? Maybe to promote healthy egg growth ?

    I know about vitamins, swaying for a girl so magnesium, calcium and cranberry Plus elevit multi with folate ( and iodine)

    Subscribing as I'm curious too. Some from my research include

    Vitamin E - helps estrogen levels to build uterus lining.
    Shatavari - Widely used in India for all sorts of women's things, has phytoestrogens (and India doesn't seem to have big fertility issues ) I'm considering this one as it anecdotally is said to protect against miscarriage.

    I know some women take Vitex if they have irregular ovulation.

    Hi ladies, I went to the Naturopath last week as I'm on 5th cycle and felt needed a little help. So she suggested I do a super greens detox to get all the pill and any toxicity out of me. Similar to Super Greens or Spirulina and Kelp. Plus taking fish oil, there are two types, DHA and EPA plus continuing with my multis which are Natures own.
    I have been on the multis for 6 months now. Plus I take vitamin b complex to keep stress levels in check.
    Oh and I'm taking zinc too! Lol can't keep track but hoping its all for a great outcome of pregnancy with a healthy bub.

    DHA is also taking men's multi and fish oil plus vitamin b.

    Hope this helps
