    Default How much notice is a real estate legally required to give?

    I just received a letter today saying that they are doing an inspection this Friday!!!! I thought they had to give two weeks notice?

    Pretty sure it's either 24 hours or 7 days minimum. But yes as pp said check your lease.

    Ahhh I haven't signed a new lease since the first ran out like 3 years ago! Lol. Oh well, it's no biggie. The house is in a decent state anyway!

    Our lease says 24 hours we lusually get 10 days notice though.

    Yes 7 days written notice according to new laws in NSW.
