    Default How has a Chiropractor helped you?

    *Ok, so this isn't a debate about chiropractics v physio.. I personally think they both serve a purpose.

    Do you see a Chiropractor, if so, how long and how regularly have you been going?

    If you saw a Chiropractor regularly did it help, in what ways?

    Yes I am seeing one every week or 2 weeks.
    I have chronic headaches and migraines, sore neck, and bad pain in my lower back.
    It has helped a great deal, especially with my back. I have large breasts which I think causes a lot of my neck strain and headaches so it's kind of an ongoing thing. My lower back is mainly from carrying the kids!

    I used to see the chiropractor for my Migraines and bad back! It helped and I stopped going!

    At 20 weeks pregnant my back played up again! Initially my lower back and now it's my upper back!! I have been weekly now for 8 weeks and I feel great! I started getting the migraines back and it's gone again! I kinked my neck the other night and the chiro fixed it so quickly!

    I too have had both physio and chiro! For my back pain and migraines the chiro is my choice however once bub is born I'll be starting physio if my back does not fix itself!!

    Yup <3 the chiro. Haven't needed him so much since we got the new bed

    in the beginning chiro helped. i found myself needing to go more and more and more.. so did dh. so did mum and sil. couldn't be without it.. to be honest, i got sick of it all. i stopped, completely and would only go if i had a really bad moment/day.. now my body feels better. it's almost as if i was relying on it.
