    Hi everyone,

17 eggs! Will find out tomorrow how many survive and have been told Wednesday is my insemination day. Is 2 day old embryo normal for insemination? My FS says its the policy of MIVF? What experience has anyone else had?

I'm not too good with posting using my iPhone so apologize for not using people's names!

Yes this is my first ivf cycle after two failed iui's.

I will talk with my FS tomorrow and see why only two days! Although I've been reading MIVF web site and they say 2 days the norm although when circumstances require it it could be more! All too confusing! Im having the left overs frozen so now I'm even more confused ! Lol

Welcome jessegirl Im also new to posting on bub hub (any chat site for that matter)

April78 What meds will you be taking?

Nixpenguins for 17 eggs, let’s hope you get a great fert rate. How are you feeling? It sounds like you clinic may just do Day2. Hope you get a few to send back to Perth.

Jessesgirl Good luck with your BT and scan tomorrow. I hope this month is our lucky month.

A Big to everyone else. I hope everyone has had a good start to the week.

AFM I go for a BT tomorrow to see how things are going.

    Morning all! Welcome Jessesgirl!

    How is everyone?

Good luck with your BT Samarasmum! I am hoping your body is where it should be.

WOW NIX! 17 eggs that is wonderful! I have heard of 2 day transfers but no experience with them sorry-- my clinic used to do 5 day transfers and now strangely have changed to 4 dayers.(anyone heard of 4 day transfers??) * for YOU honey!!*

Good luck to everyone else with their jabbing/sniffing/popping or just waiting it out!

I am over this pill popping! It is giving me the worst headaches ever!

I have to travel for my EPU and ET and the friend I would stay with is leaving town... argghh! I am sooo happy for her but not happy about the $2000 extra it is going to cost me in accomodation.

Will further investigate my options I spose! Yesterday was a public holiday for us so today is the start of the new week.. bleh! Seriously the weekend goes way to quickly.

    HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!

Hi ladies, I'd like to join in your group too if that's OK.

We have been TTC#1 for about 2 1/2 years. Several unsuccessful clomid cycles and 1 unsuccessful IUI cycle. We are now heading down the IVF path with Repromed in Darwin. Our IUI cycle I was on Puregon, then Pregnyl trigger & 2 x support shots. I have been put back on the pill until our appointment on the 21 August which I suppose is when I find out what meds I'll be on this time.

MrsMac - Our EPU is also set down for the 10, 11 or 13 September - are you also in the NT?

It's all a bit daunting but I find these threads really helpful especially when we are keeping things to ourselves for a while and sometimes need to vent or ask dumb questions!!
