So after 1.5years of waiting I have FINALLY started my first cycle of IVF for PGD to stop EB being passed on to my future babies.... my first lucrin shot was today! All my fears have gone it really didn't hurt at all! I'm actually amazed... Hopefully on 21st we will start FSH.... One day down and quite a few more to go

    Default August/ September IVF?

    I am shattered...

8 eggs injected and only one fertilized.

ONE! But at least I got one I guess :-)

They also moved transfer forward a day, so 9:40 Friday I will be PUPO. Fingers crossed my embie is a strong one and lasts that long!!

I have had a cry, as this could possibly be the last try for us. But trying to think positive as my son was a one and only embryo also... It CAN happen!

Oh yes that! Its sure is a big amount up front this IVF business.

I'm goodish - well i feel particularly bad today - back pain that wont ease unless i have my feet up lol so not ideal at work! Also ovaries twinging/bloated.

I'm in the jabbng/syneral stage still and first scan BT this fri. Hoping we get to transfer and may be frosties, else its gonna be a break for us too.

Finges crossed for both us Friday is a goodie

    Default August/ September IVF?

Hi chances, I feel for you that your not feeling good, at least you know with the pain and bloating that the drugs are working, if that's any consolation?? Me on the other had, I have been taking gonal and orgalutran but don't feel much different at all, my scan is tomorrow and I'm worried that I dont have many follicles at all, because surely if I did I'd be feeling them around now? But I'll keep hoping that im traveling ok!
Hope everyone is going well and spirits are high xxx
